Thumb throttle for our HUB systems

Engage the motor without pedalling, great for a standing start, or over-ride when in lower assist levels.

This is the standard thumb model, which sits anywhere (apart from curved sections) on the narrow parts of the handlebar.

Spring release, so only powers motor when pressed down.
