Integrated e-bikes are they type made electric in the factory, rather than being converted from regular bikes.  Therefore, the frames are made for the intended purpose, look more streamlined with in-frame batteries & motors / controllers, and they normally have more relaxed upright riding positions for e-biking.  Their extra strength means generally they weigh a bit more than converted e-bikes
