Here at Rev Bikes we have been converting bikes into E-Bikes since 2010. During this time our
trained, experienced technicians have lovingly built thousands of E-Bike conversions, many of which
are still riding around today. We have also trained E-Bike technicians on our in-depth installer
courses’.
Converting a bike to an E-Bike is not an easy half hour job. Our trained technicians are experts at
installing safe, reliable kits which are built to last. This is very much worth serious consideration,
especially when you consider your bike will charging in your house or garage, the risks of not getting
it right can be serious.
The professional touches make a huge difference to the final finish of the e-bike and more
importantly to its safety. Having the correct tools, and skills to use them, results in the best possible
conversion for every build.
Specialist tools such as torque wrenches ensure components are fitted to the correct manufacturer
specifications. The fitting of additional rivnuts makes for a safe and stable battery mount.
Professional power cable management results in the right length of cables, discreetly routed,
internal where possible, as well as heat shrink wrapping. Motor programming can be completed
depending on rider preferences and riding style.
Following on from a build, we support our customers, this includes taking our time to walk through
the system on hand-over following a conversion. We ensure the customer knows how their system
operates and how to best maintain and care for it.
