250w Bikee Bike Lightest Mid-Drive Kit

Italian brand Bikee Bike have raised eyebrows around the ebike riding community by claiming they are producing what they say is the ‘Lightest Mid Drive Motor Kit in the World’. Well, holding it in the palm of your hand and you will agree, it is impressively light - 1.75kg for the 250w motor, so combined with a small 360Wh bag battery (from1.7kg) a combined additional weight of only 3.5kg TOTAL is achievable.. An exciting headline figure for weight conscious riders.

The impressive aspect to the Bikee Bike Lightest mid-drive motor is that it isn’t ‘just’ light in weight. It is also powerful in terms of torque and comes in a variety of power outputs, (for 'off-road use' in Australia, the 500w, 750w and 1000w) depending on where you plan to ride it. With a claimed torque of up to 70nm for the 250w version, the Bikee Bike Lightest 250w packs a whole lot of punch into a small package.

The Bikee Bike Lightest features integrated torque and cadence sensors which assist
you as you start pedaling the bike - adding to the power which you put on the pedals. Conveniently, the Bikee Bike Lightest is app controlled, which means it is connected to your phone allowing you to change parameters easily from your own smart phone.

That’s the other thing, it’s small too. It’s small form factor will make for some super-neat lightweight builds. The 90mm X 102mm X 148mm size makes it less likely to receive any damage on the trails, these motors would be ideal for high-performance off-road riding.
